These Egyptian flax fibers are natural lengths of flax fiber 。  These are not loosened by machines. After being de-gummed with JFT DG-2, the long fibers of Egyptian flax naturally loosen and fall off. During the processing, no caustic soda was used, and theoretically, there is no harm to the fibers. 
Bleaching is achieved by using oxygen. And half bleaching dosage can completely bleach the fibers. This means that after woven fabric, the pre-treatment process and parameters can be exactly the same as pure cotton.
